Going Green For Sun Prairie

Thursday, June 14th, 6:30pm to 8:30pm, Library Community RoomProgram Flyer: Going Green Sun Prairie 09/14/2018

There are many actions Sun Prairie residents can take to “go green,” as individuals and as a community to build a sustainable city. We’ll hear from members of other communities, and our own, to learn about efficiency programs that can help us discuss what the future may hold for our community. We’ll take time for questions and discussion directly after the panel.

The panel of presenters for our community conversation include:

  • Spencer Schumacher, citizen volunteer chairperson of the city of Middleton Sustainability Committee
  • Erika Kluetmeier, former sustainability specialist for the city of Fitchburg and now Program and Policy Analyst for the Green Tier program at the Department of Natural Resources
  • Drake Daily, Management Analyst for the Office of the City Administrator and Sun Prairie's representative to the Dane County Climate and Energy Council
  • Representative Gary Hebl, state lead for the National Caucus of Environmental Legislators

No registration is required!

This event is sponsored by SPARC, The Sun Prairie Action Resource Coalition.
