Reserve a Meeting Room
The Sun Prairie Public Library has two rooms available for use.
Community Meeting Room accommodates up to 150 people, depending on arrangement, includes stage and kitchen.
Conference Room accommodates up to 20 people.
There is a $100 refundable deposit for the use of the Community and Conference Rooms.
Reservations must be made to use either of these rooms. Please see the Use of Meeting Rooms Policy to ensure your group or organization meets our guidelines.
Please contact the Registration Desk at 825-7323 to make arrangements to use either of the meeting rooms.
