Patron Curbside Pickup FAQ 

Q: Are you open? 

A: We are only open for Express Services and Curbside Pickup. You can request items over the phone, email, or by using LINKcat. We will get the items ready for you here. When you receive a hold pickup notification, please call the library to schedule a pickup time. No other service is available from our building.

Q: How can I get curbside pickup? 

A: You can request items from our library and staff will help you schedule a time to pick up the items from our parking lot. Pick-up times are 10 am – 1 pm, and 3 pm – 6 pm, Monday – Friday, Saturdays from 10 am – 1 pm. 

Q: Can I return my books when I go to pickup? 

A: For their safety, staff will not be able to take returns at curbside. The drive-up bookdrop will be open Tuesdays from 8-12. The bookdrop will be locked at all other times and days. Indoor return bins are located in the entryway during Express Service hours. We do not currently have after-hours drop offs.

Q: When will you reopen to the public? 

A: We are currently open for Express Service. This is limited hours and services. More information is available here.

Q: Is wi-fi still available? 

A: Yes, wi-fi can be accessed from our parking lot. Information is available on our website

Q: How can I get a library card/log in to hoopla/overdrive/etc.? 

A: There is a form on our website you can fill out. We will make a digital access account for you and you can use that to place holds and access digital material. 

Q: I think I lost a bunch of stuff, can I pay for lost things online? 

A: Yes, log into your account in LINKcat. If the total owed is over $10, then you can pay for lost items that way. 

Q:  Will I be charged overdue fines on library materials?   

A:  Fines will not begin to accrue until the library has fully re-opened. There will be no daily overdue fines in 2020. You may still be charged for the replacement cost of lost or damaged items.
